JAVAOLOGY staff and owner/operators are determined to bring you only the very best the world of coffee growers and roasters has to offer.

We serve "The finest Coffee in America," a title given to our bean provider by the Fine Food & Beverage Federation. With a 25 year track record of "buying, grading, roasting and cupping," our roastmaster also knows what good coffee is all about, and has shared that knowledge with us.

Our customers are provided with carefully chosen, slow-roasted beans, smoked to exhibit matchless flavor. As our roastmaster purchases directly from plantations around the world, air-cooling and hand-packing the beans immediately after roasting, our coffee is as fresh as it gets. Our coffee products are never over roasted. We develop all of our products to be the best of bean, fruit and baked goods available in the marketplace today.

JAVAOLOGY provides a totally unique experience, merging a friendly, comfortable atmosphere for family and business person alike while offering drinks that coffee newcomers and aficionados both can savor and enjoy. JAVAOLOGY was introduced in Marco Island, Florida in 2002 as a new gourmet coffee, internet café and beverage bar concept. Our mission is to become an Internationally known, Family Friendly, “Fresh Choice” Coffee House and Internet Café - Emphasizing European Styling and Roasting Influence!

STRATREGIC EXPANSION - The Company’s goal is to become a leader in the rapidly growing retail gourmet coffee, specialty beverage and internet café markets with independent owners working together to establish a brand identity worldwide by providing guests with unparalleled selection of competitively-priced merchandise presented by a knowledgeable staff in a unique, full immersion environment. We will continue to grow through franchising, multi-unit and Development Agent introduced stores. The Company will also continue developing some corporate stores.


BRANDING
- JAVAOLOGY intends to build the coffee house industry’s newest, most engaging brand and establish the new way customers should experience their gourmet coffee and smoothie beverages. The Company has already developed a line of gourmet coffee and yogurt/fruit based products. In addition, we have developed all the start-up marketing materials and on-going support market elements to support a store during the first year of operation and into the future. Some of these marketing tactics include opening advertising, on-going support advertising creative program, in-store merchandising plans/materials, menu boards, price display cards, branded paper goods, takeout menus for drinks/food with branded graphics, premium items, staff clothing, in-store artwork, key sales events and seasonal promotions.

TRADEMARKS - The Company has developed new trademarks for the U.S. and International markets and has successfully received various registrations with the United States Patent and Trademark office related to those marks. In addition, we are continuing to develop new marks related to future growth and product offerings that will eventually be introduced through JAVAOLOGY stores.

COMPANY STORES - JAVAOLOGY Enterprises operates a retail store in Marco Island, Florida. Currently the store sells a variety of gourmet beverage products and coffee accessories. This store has been designed and built to reflect the ideal in franchise system and LLP Investor store standards anticipated for all JAVAOLOGY locations.

FRANCHISE DEVELOPMENT - JAVAOLOGY either already has or is completing all franchise documentation (i.e., franchise agreement, UFOC, audited financial statements, etc.) and required state registrations, plus all remaining system components (i.e., marketing plan collateral materials, operation manuals, training curriculum, construction manual, etc.) required for U.S. operations. Initial franchise sales activity will begin in the winter of 2005!

LICENSING PARTNER - The Company has assisted our first licensed partnership JAVAOLOGY Store in Atlanta, GA. This store is the first of five stores to be opened under that licensing arrangement.

DECENTRALIZED BUSINESS MODEL - An LLP business structure and a franchise system provides the potential for rapid expansion and the multiplication of profits without the constant investment of franchisor capital. A brand identity is established much more quickly and, through franchising and individual investor store development, the Company gains significant marketing advantages as well as economies of scale for all of its partners. The business model is structured in such a way that the various parties (i.e., franchisor, Area Developer, Support Services Store, and State Development Partner) are exclusively responsible for the critical business functions, which in turn yields a more favorable outcome. Along with the strong sales and marketing attributes, the business model uses a strategy where various independent parties, tied together with LLP and Franchise Agreements, perform distinctly specialized functions. Although, each future JAVAOLOGY franchise store will produce consistent product experiences, they will also develop some unique store and drink attributes.

SUPPORT COMISSARY STORE - Franchisee, LLP Investor and corporate stores (minimum of 6 stores within a 100 mile radius) are supported by a central bakery/JAVAOLOGY store. Baked and specialty food products are delivered directly to the LLP and Franchisee store locations on a daily basis from this central service center. This service is provided once there is a minimum of 6 store locations within 100 miles driving range of the proposed Support Commissary Store. This centralized bakery will ensure that the fresh food products are consistent from one store to the next within the marketplace. It will also provide a more convenient and cost effective baked food offering to the partner stores within a given market. For this reason, JAVAOLOGY attempts to identify multi-unit Franchisee partners and/or a multiple of 6 or more individual Franchisees within a market area so that all parties may realize these economies.

ESTABLISHED BRAND - The Company has designed the JAVAOLOGY logo, supporting tag lines and related marketing elements in order to position each store as a competitive brand name with other, pre-existing coffee houses within the U.S. and abroad. Although we are not an established brand today, each store and every corporate marketing activity will reflect a professional, national brand image - even as we work together with our franchise and other development partners to grow the Company into a nationally recognized organization with a new generation of customers!

EXTEND PRODUCT LINES - The Company is currently working with our California design firm to develop multiple premium and beverage product related items for sale in JAVAOLOGY stores. We already offer a variety of items that help to increase the profit margins and extend the brand image of JAVAOLOGY. These items, along with new products introduced in the future, will be part of a franchisee or LLP store-merchandising plan.

PSYCHOLOGY - Experiences are a distinct economic offering, as different from services as services are from goods. The Company has responded to this newly identified economic offering by explicitly designing its immersive retail environment with Whimsical - Scientific Themes, specifically promoting this positioning strategy to exceed the consumers’ unquestionable desire for new, interesting and impactful experiences.

SCALED OPERATIONS - JAVAOLOGY has developed a number of clear strategies to centralize services and scale local operations. The Company will build new stores in targeted resort communities and select major markets. JAVAOLOGY management may also operate a number of mini-stores or kiosk size coffee/beverage service centers in the future. Many of these locations will be in partnership with strategic retail partners. All other operational challenges will be directed toward the support of our franchisees and LLP partnerships.

The senior management team has an average of over 22+ Years of Combined Senior Management, Business Development, Retail Services, Healthcare, Marketing & Sales experiences. They have specific backgrounds in Retail Food, Franchise Development, Packaged Goods, Media and Entertainment Industries.

• Traditional and Internet Broadcasting

In addition, the current team has a significant manufacturer and retail industries background (Retail Coffee, Pillsbury, General Mills, Dominoes, The Gap, Target, Grocery, Clothing…etc.)

Stephen Holderman was previously employed as the EVP of publicly traded NetRadio Corp. He also has a a 75% Ownership position in network music services LLC (Subscription Music Services Business for Retailers and Consumers.
